Terms and Conditions of Guest House & Venue Booking

For Guest House Room Booking

  • 1. To take the occupancy of the room, printed hard copy of the booking details is to be produced by the tourists to the concerned Project Office at the time of boarding.
  • 2. After making the online payment if payment receipt is not generated and received by email but it is confirmed that the amount has been debited from the account of the card holder then please inform us through email to receive a duplicate confirmation of payment from us otherwise the Corporation will not be responsible for any dispute created due to this technical fault.
  • 3. Full payment should be made in advance.
  • 4. GST @ 18% will be applicable on the space rent of Nalban Food Park as per government rule.
  • 5. GST @ 12% will be applicable to the daily room tariff as per government rule.
  • 6. Occupiers of the room are responsible for keeping all furnitures / fittings of the room in proper condition. In case of any damage or loss of articles full compensation would be recovered from the occupiers.
  • 7. No unhealthy / unethical activities will be allowed in the project campus. No alcoholic or narcotic elements will be allowed within premises
  • 8. Management reserves the right to cancel booking without assigning any reason. In such cases, full booking amount will be refunded.
  • 9. Check-in & Check-out times (except Nalbon Food Park Cottages):
    • a. Check-in time: - 12:00 PM
    • b. Check-out time: - 10:00 AM
  • 10. Extra charges, if any, would be payable at the office counter.
  • 11. Plastic bags / disposals etc. are not allowed from environmental angle.
  • 12. Maximum of two adults along with one kid (upto 10 years) will be allowed in one double-bedded room, three adults along with one kid (upto 10 years) would be allowed in one triple-bedded room and four adults along with one kid (upto 10 years) would be allowed in one four bedded room. Extra occupancy charge @Rs.100/- per head per day will be applicable for children above 10 years.
  • 13. In absence of kids, one extra occupancy may be allowed on payment of Rs. 100 per head per day. However no extra bed shall be provided.
  • 14. Orders for food should be given in advance.
  • 15. A.C. service cannot be provided with D.G. set in the event of power failure.
  • 16. Voter card / Pan card / Driving license must be produced at the tourist complex and a copy has to be submitted to the project in-charge.
  • 17. Room service allowed on payment of 10% of the bill value.
  • 18. Taxes are applicable as per government rules.
  • 19. Cancellation Policy
    • (1) Cancellation will be calculated from the date of check-in.
    • (2) Deposited GST and other Taxes if any against room rent will not be refunded to the party.
    • (3) Reservation may be cancelled in case of acute administrative requirement. No cancellation charge will be deducted under such scenario.
    • (4) The amount of refund will be reversed to the debit/credit card/bank account after deducting the cancellation charges as per policy.
    • (5) Modified Cancellation Rule may be as follows:-
      • (i) Cancellation charge within 2 days from the check-in date is 100% of the deposited room rent. Hence, there will be no refund.
      • (ii) Cancellation charge before 3 to 6 days from the check-in date is 50% of the deposited room rent.
      • (iii) Cancellation charge before 7 days to 15 days from the check-in date is 30% of the deposited room rent.
      • (iv) Cancellation charge before 16 to 30 days from the check-in date is 20% of the deposited room rent.
      • (v) Cancellation charge before 30 days from the check-in date is 10% of the deposited room rent.
    • (6) GST on cancellation charge will not be deducted from the deposited room rent of the concerned party. Hence, after cancellation the concerned party will get the refund amount after deduction of the cancellation charge.
    • (7) No Partial cancellation will be allowed, only full booking cancellation will be considered.
    • (8) No spot cancellation by any boarder will be allowed under any circumstances and no demand for refund of the booking amount will be entertained if the boarder do not occupy and stay in the booked room as booked schedule.

For Venue Booking

  • (A) Venue Booking Rule:
    • (1) At least 50% of the total amount to be deposited in favor of SFDC as advance at the time of Halls &Lawns booking.
    • (2) Remaining 50% of the total amount to be deposited before 10 days of the event to be organized. At the time of Booking of Halls &Lawns with short notice (less than 10 days) entire amount to be deposited at a time.
    • (3) License / permit etc. from the Competent Authority to be submitted by the party before 7 days of the event.
    • (4) Booking time to perform event for only Halls & Lawns is from 6:00 A.M to 12:30 A.M (Midnight).
    • (5) After the event is over, the Halls, Lawns etc. to be surrendered on neat & clean condition.
    • (6) Consumption of Alcoholic Drinks is not permissible within the campus without prior permission from the concerned authority.
    • (7) It is to be ensured by the party that no damage is caused to this site/park or any other property.
    • (8) In case of any damage cost of repair/replacement/restoration would be fixed by the concerned authority is to be borne by the party.
    • (9) The party will hire D.G Set for electricity supply for their programme/ceremony.
    • (10) No unethical, immoral and illegal activities will be allowed. Use of any restricted articles is strictly prohibited.
  • (B) Venue Cancellation Policy:
    • (1) Cancellation will be calculated from the date of event.
    • (2) Deposited GST and other Taxes if any against venue rent will not be refunded to the party.
    • (3) Reservation may be cancelled in case of acute administrative requirement. No cancellation charge will be deducted under such scenario.
    • (4) The amount of refund will be reversed to the debit/credit card/bank account after deducting the cancellation charges as per policy.
    • (5) Modified cancellation rule for the Banquet Hall & Cottage Ground, White House Hall& Lawn, Red Fort Hall & Lawn on genuine grounds, may be as follows: -
      • (i) Cancellation charge before 365 days to 270 days from the date of the event is 10% of the deposited amount.
      • (ii) Cancellation charge before 270 days to 180 days from the date of the event is 20% of the deposited amount.
      • (iii) Cancellation charge before 180 days to 120 days from the date of the event is 30% of the deposited amount.
      • (iv) Cancellation charge before 120 days to 60 days from the date of the event is 50% of the deposited amount.
    • (6) GST on cancellation charge will not be deducted from the deposited room rent of the concerned party. Hence, after cancellation the concerned party will get the refund amount after deduction of the cancellation charge.
    • (7) No Partial cancellation will be allowed; only full booking cancellation will be considered.
    • (8) No spot cancellation by any party will be allowed under any circumstances and no demand for refund of the booking amount will be entertained if the party do not occupy and organize the event in the booked venue as booked schedule.
